We ship every day, excluding weekends and holidays, within 25 – 72 hours from the received payment of the order. We ship all over Italy and Europe, using the best international couriers.
We care about the efficiency of every process that affects our products, including shipping. We have placed much attention in the selection of couriers, to find those that best meet the needs of speed and safety of our customers. SDA and BRT offer a fast and reliable service, which allows you to follow the location of the package online, from the moment it leaves the warehouse to the customer’s address.
Shipping in the EU is free for all orders over € 30.00; otherwise the shipping price is € 18.00€.
For other countries, it is possible to know the specific cost by writing to our e-mail address (email@example.com).
In Italy, the delivery time of the goods starts from 9 am – 6 pm. Every shipment comes with a tracking number, and this allows to trace the packages through all stages.
If the courier can not find anyone at the delivery address, instructions will be provided to contact the shipping agency directly, to agree on a new delivery date.
Before signing the courier’s receipt, upon receipt of the package, we recommend checking the integrity of the package; if it appears damaged in any way, we would ask you to write near your signature: “damaged package,” or: “subject to verification.” If the products inside are damaged, contact us as soon as possible at: firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll solve the problem immediately.
In the meantime, do not throw away the defective or damaged packages and try to take a picture of the anomaly found: this is important to open a possible complaint with the courier. We can not accept complaints if nothing has been highlighted on the delivery note.
